1. Who we are

Applied Pipeline Services ("we", "us") — part of Applied Group — is the data controller for personal data collected through www.apsol.me and our official social-media pages and advertising accounts (Meta and LinkedIn). Saudi operations are carried out by Rawid AlTashkeel LTD.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, contact us, request an assessment or quotation, or interact with our advertisements and lead forms on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and LinkedIn; why we collect it; how long we keep it; and the rights you have.

3. Data we collect

• Data you give us — name, company, job title, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, project location and the content of your message when you use our contact form, WhatsApp, email or a lead form on Meta or LinkedIn.
• Data collected automatically — IP address, approximate location (city / country), device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring page and campaign parameters (for example utm_source) that tell us which advertisement or post brought you to the site.
• Data from advertising platforms — when you interact with our ads or lead forms on Meta or LinkedIn, those platforms send us the information you submitted and aggregated performance statistics, in line with their own privacy policies.

We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 and our services are directed at businesses and public authorities.

4. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry, arrange a site assessment and prepare quotations — performance of a contract / steps taken at your request.
• To operate, secure and improve the website and detect abuse — our legitimate interest.
• To measure the performance of our marketing and show you relevant advertising on Meta, LinkedIn and Google — only with your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• To keep records and comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential storage (language preference, your cookie choice and campaign attribution) is always active. Analytics and marketing cookies — Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag — are loaded only after you click "Accept all". 6. Who we share data with

• Service providers acting on our instructions: website hosting (Vercel), video hosting (Vimeo, YouTube), fonts (Google Fonts), messaging (WhatsApp / Meta), email providers.
• Advertising and analytics partners — Meta Platforms, LinkedIn Corporation and Google — when you have consented to marketing / analytics cookies. These partners may combine the data with other information they hold; see their policies.
• Group companies and local partners — Rawid AlTashkeel LTD for projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Authorities and advisers where required by law, to protect our rights or in a corporate transaction.

We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country (including the United States and the European Union). Where required we rely on the recipient's adequacy status, contractual safeguards or your explicit consent.

8. How long we keep data

• Enquiries and quotations: up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer where a contract or legal obligation requires it.
• Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default) — aggregated statistics may be kept longer.
• Campaign attribution stored in your browser: until you clear your browser data.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; to withdraw consent at any time; and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — the UAE Data Office (PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) under the KSA PDPL, the Qatar National Cyber Security Agency (Law No. 13 of 2016) or your EU/UK regulator where the GDPR applies. 10. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, hardened hosting and least-privilege access for staff. No system is completely secure; please do not send confidential drawings or credentials through public channels.

11. Third-party links

Our website links to third-party sites and embeds videos from Vimeo and YouTube. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date below will change and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
