Client: King Salman International Complex for Maritime Industries · Location: Saudi Arabia ·

How We Did It

Trenchless — no excavation, no downtime.

01

CCTV Survey

Robotic crawler cameras map every meter of the line — cracks, joints, corrosion and blockages located to the centimeter.

02

High-Pressure Cleaning

The host pipe is jet-cleaned and prepared, restoring the full internal diameter before lining begins.

03

Liner Installation

A resin-saturated liner is inverted or winched through the existing pipe — through manholes, no trenches.

04

Curing & Certification

The liner is cured into a structural pipe-within-a-pipe, CCTV-verified and certified with a 10-year warranty.
